Morning Pool Swim or Pool Parties
Every year a number of residents inquire about the possibility of an Adult Morning Swim hour or as to how to privately rent our community pool. The Centerpointe POA does not have monies allocated in the 2010 budget to accommodate the cost for an additional two lifeguards per hour which are necessary for such extra hours of facility usage. If you have an interest in establishing a morning swim club or reserving our community pool for a private function you are invited to contact Bill Cole & Associates at: 281-433-9923 to arrange to have our pool available for private resident usage. Bill can accommodate up to three days a week for a two-hour morning swim at a price of $240/weekly or $40 per hour with some guaranteed before/after normal hours daily time slot. Keep in mind, once a private swim period has been established a responsible party other than the Centerpointe POA must ensure that the cost for lifeguard reservation is paid.
